What This Work Looks Like
Site prep sets the tone for the whole build. We clear brush and small trees, grind and pull stumps, grub out root mats and organics, then cut the site to the grades on your plan so water moves away from the structure instead of toward it.
For new construction we dig footings and foundations to plan depth, handle over-excavation and structural fill where soils require it, and install erosion controls to keep the site compliant through the wet months.
